How long will it take to get my plans back?

3-5 days, assuming we're given all the necessary information to accurately complete your job. We will communicate clearly to you if we do not think this timeline can be met, likely due to the size of your project.

How do I send a new project to get designed?

Email projects@echelonfiredesign.com the following information:

* Project name and address

* AHJ

* Fire alarm panel model and desired location

* Notification device brand or model

* Scope of Work

* Any info you think will be helpful to quickly and accurately design your project

* CAD file of the floorplan (We can work with a PDF for an extra fee)

* PDF file of the floorplan (Architectural and MEP set are preferred)

Payment Terms

All clients are initially eligible for NET 30 payment. No new projects will be completed while there are any overdue invoices. We reserve the right to require payment before delivery, when a client has proven difficult to collect payment from.
