When you have to wait for your plans, it costs you time, money, and goodwill with your client. We don't want to be responsible for that, so if we can't get your first project back to you within 3 business days, we'll give you the plans for FREE!
(Extremely large projects may increase turnaround time)

We specialize in fire alarm systems but can also do plans for security, access control, CCTV, or even submittal plans for BDA / ERRCS / DAS.

1-25 devices: $295
26-50 devices: $420
51-75 devices: $550
76-100 devices: $675
101+ devices: $450 + $3/device

Hotels or Large Apts (4+ Floors): $505/Floor

Converting PDF to CAD format: $95/hour
Additional Floors, Wings, or Sections: $65 per area
Voice Evac: 10% of Plan Design ($95 Minimum)
Expedited Turnaround: 15% of Plan Cost ($150 Minimum)
Extra AHJ or Client Requirements not typically included on plans: $95/hour
